jak zaczac i gdzie?

siemanko,
chciałbym zacząc grać w rugby w krakowie, mam 21 lat, nie jestem duzych rozmiarów, 177 cm, 70 kilo, ale jestem ubity (od 3 lat regularnie na silke) i szybki, wczesniej gralem tylko rekreacyjnie. Jak najlepiej zaczac i gdzie??
